Nukes Asia Actions(NNAA)とは何か
NNAAは、モンゴル、韓国、日本、台湾、アメリカ（西海岸）において、現地のウラン開発、あるいは原発問題に危機感を抱いて立ち上がった市民が、戦後の「植民地主義」の象徴である原発体制をなくすべく、国際的に連帯して行動しようとするネットワークです。
２．NNAAの目指すこと
原発体制は、経済発展を口実に、利潤と効率を優先させ、労働者の分断、抑圧、差別と貧しい地域社会の犠牲の上に成り立つものです。原発建設は地域社会の民主化と逆行し、結果として地域社会を疲弊させ内在的な発展の芽を摘んできました。３．１１原発事故によって福島から避難した人は１０万人を超えています。関東圏においても住民は食品の放射能汚染、ゴミ焼却灰の放射能濃縮など深刻な諸問題に直面させられています。私たちは、日本のみならず、アジアが、そして全世界が原発体制から脱することに全力を尽くすことを誓って、１１月１１日に【NNAA１１．１１宣言】を採択します。

４．１１・１１共同記者会見
モンゴル、韓国、台湾、アメリカ（西海岸）、日本５ヶ国で共同記者会見を行います。
原発メーカーである日立、東芝、三菱重工は３・１１以降も世界最大級の原発メーカーとしてアジアを中心に世界中に原発を輸出しようとしています。彼らの福島事故における製造物責任を問い、彼らの技術を原発廃炉と自然エネルギーへの活用に転換することを求めます。

① 福島原発事故に関連した原発メ―カ―の法的責任の追及、原発メ―カ―の不買運動の展開

原発メ―カ―の問題、責任をマスコミやネットを通して市民に知らせる運動の展開
③ 青森県の大間原発再工事決定に反対する地元住民と函館の運動を支持し国際連帯する活動を展開
④
モンゴルのウラン鉱山の実態を調査し、モンゴルからウランを購入して核廃棄物を持ち込む画策を止めさせる。

アジアの国々に原発の実態、放射能汚染の恐ろしさを現地の言葉に翻訳した書籍や映像によって伝えるプロジェクトの立ち上げ

定期的な講演会、学習会の開催（海外との交流、セミナー開催）、

台湾の欄嶼島（Orchid Island）での放射性物質の調査を徹底して行う現地の闘いを支持し、具体的な連帯の行動を起こす。その他。
１．What is No Nukes Asia
Actions?
No Nukes Asia Actions (NNAA)
is an international coalition of people allied against nuclear regimes in
Mongolia, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, and the U.S. West Coast, in struggles
against local uranium mining projects and nuclear power plants, consolidating
their power and networking to dismantle the “nuclear renaissance,” a
particularly lethal symbol of post-world war colonialism.
２．Our
Mission
Nuclear regimes prioritize
profits and efficiency, while creating division among workers, fostering
oppression, discrimination, and unnecessary exposure to radiation;
while sacrificing the lives
of poor local communities in the name of economic development. Living in the
shadow of nuclear power plants has already led us away from democracy, and has
exhausted people to the extent where leading development on their own in local
communities is impossible. This is not only the situation of communities near
nuclear reactors. The radioactive fallout from the Fukushima Daiichi accident
already destroyed the lives of hundreds of thousands of people, forcing them to
evacuate. This ongoing fallout is severe in the Tokyo-Metropolitan area also,
causing food, air and water contamination. There’s also a high concentration of
radioactivity from incinerated rubble sent out from North East of Japan. We at
The 11.11 No Nukes Asia Actions (NNAA) issue our Statement in our hope that not
only Japan, but Asia as a whole will break the hold of these nuclear regimes,
and recover peace and humanity for themselves, and for all humankind.

Internatinal Press Conference to Announce The 11.11 No Nukes Asia Actions
(NNAA) Statement
We are holding a press
conference across 5 locations: Mongolia, South Korea, Taiwan, the US West
Coast, and Japan.
Hitachi, Toshiba, and
Mitsubishi Heavy Industries remain as the world’s biggest nuclear power plant
manufacturers even after Fukushima Daiichi nuclear accident on March 11th,
2011. They are exporting more nuclear power plants to the world, particularly
to other Asian regions. We demand them to be responsible for their product
liability as manufacturers who are involved in the Fukushima nuke accident. We
demand that they use their already established and advanced nuclear
technologies and development strategies towards the abolishment of nuclear
power plants, as well as to the investment on infrastructures to utilize
natural and sustainable energy.

regarding the issues and responsibilities of nuclear manufacturers through
actions, petition signing, media outreach and online publications.
4. International solidarity
actions with the locals near Oma Nuclear power plant in Aomori, and with the
locals near plants in Hakodate, Hokkaido.
5. Research project to
investigate, publicize the reality of uranium mining in Mongolia, and campaign
against the importation of nuclear waste to Mongolia.
6. Translation projects on
educational materials about the reality of nuclear power plants and radioactive
contamination to local languages that are relevant to each community in Asia.
7. Solidarity actions and
research projects on nuclear waste disposal and contamination in Orchid Island,
Taiwan.
